Eskom expecting lower levels of loadshedding towards the end of the year

VAAL TRIANGLE - Eskom has announced lower levels of load-shedding should be expected towards the end of the year and early next year. The power utility states the generation operational recovery plan is aimed at sustainably improving performance over time. Eskom management provided details of the company’s operational performance with the primary focus on the outlook for the coming summer. Eskom’s head of Transmission, Segomoco Scheppers says the immediate summer outlook indicates load-shedding can be contained within stage four.
