DA Emfuleni demands a probe into the death of a woman surrounded by raw sewage

VANDERBIJLPARK - The DA in Emfuleni is demanding a comprehensive investigation into the death of resident Dimakatso Mofokeng. She allegedly had to endure raw sewage flooding her home up until her death. The DA’s, Dady Mollo, says Mofokeng was also allegedly extorted by Municipal Workers, who demanded a bribe, to resolve the sewage crisis she found herself in. He says it is essential to establish the extent to which the sewage in Mofokeng’s yard and home contributed to her deteriorating health.
